Ultra

  • Paint users updates
    • Now fully cloud based
    • Now per-reddit account (similar to settings + tagging)
    • Painted users will now automatically sync across devices (in real time)
    • Updates across devices are handled via a push service (so no background checking zzz)
    • You can force a refresh under Settings > Ultra
    • Added a painted user manager (Settings > Ultra)
    • Long press the “paint user” chip to get quick access to the manager
    • Previous paints can be imported into the new cloud based system under Settings > Ultra Paint
  • Tag users update
    • Now fully cloud supported with ultra
    • Local tagging still works for non-ultra
    • Tagged users will now automatically sync across devices (in real time)
    • Updates across devices are handled via a push service (so no background checking zzz)
    • You can force a refresh under Settings > Ultra
    • Added a tagged user manager (Settings > Ultra)
    • Long press the “tag user” chip to get quick access to the manager
    • Previous tags can be imported into the new cloud based system under Settings > Ultra Paint

Changes

  • Bypass AMP links is now available for everyone (Settings > Link handling)
  • Toned down the ripple color
  • The top app bar now matches the correct material design 3 height
  • Ensured all post + comment animations now use FastOutSlowInInterpolator

Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where the toggle inbox replies option was shown for all posts
  • Fixed an issue where the domain might not show if it matched the current subreddit…
  • Fixed an issue where painting users was case sensitive
